The buffet is the best because it's the only way for me to learn what the different dishes are. They add milk or cream to the ice tea which is a nice twist. The buffet offers a couple choice of desert. The custard is delicious. I give this place the credit it deserves."

All i knew is that my gf loved this place. . i asked the guy on the phone to recommend a good tasting vegetarian dish. . he said VEGETARIAN COCONUT CURRY(w there nan bread n rice) and for dessert GULAB JAMUN (idk how to say it but it was good). I got out of work at 10.30 and was running pretty late. Got there around 11 and the owner was nice enough to wait for me and make sure i got the food. Great guy kudos to him, He helped my anniversary and she loved it. Thanks whatever your name is owner of the store... u the man."

TANDOORI

Like most great recipes,Tandoori Chicken its origins lies with Kundan Lal Gujral, a Hindu Punjabi who opened a restaurant called Moti Mahal in Peshawer in the 1920s when India was ruled by British. After partition in 1947 Kundan Lal Gujral moved his restaurant to Delhi. Eventually the Indian dish popularized and commonly found in menus in Indian and other restaurants all over the world.

GAJAR hALWA

Gajar Halwa was introduced in India during the Moghul period by the traders from the Middle East and Asia. This glazed carrot halwa, a specialty of the Sikhs of Punjab, is the most popular halwa in India and is enjoyed as a Dessert as well as a sweet. The term halva is Arabic which means "sweet", is used to describe two types of desserts.

Paneer Tikka a favorite dish from North India. Paneer or cottage cheese is the vegetarian's protein replacement instead of meat. Paneer Tikka Masala is an all time favorite gravy dish that goes well with Indian roti's or steaming jeera rice. Paneer is a fresh cheese

SWEETS & DESERTS

Gulab Jamun is popular Sweet Dessert in countries of the Indian Subcontinent. It is made of khoya, dough consisting mainly of milk solids, first the dough is prepared and then small balls are deep fried in either refined oil or desi ghee. Then these balls are put in hot sugar syrup with cardamom seeds and rosewater, kewra or saffron. The small balls enlarge to lemon size and its rich shiny golden brown color is amazing. Can be served hot or cold.

PARATHA

The Aloo (potato) stuffed Paratha is one of the most popular breakfast dishes throughout western, central and northern regions of India. The stuffing is prepared with boiled potatoes, green chilies, coriander leaves, and some spices which is rolled out and cooked on a hot tawa with butter or ghee. It is served with white butter or curd or raita and green chutney.

SAMOSA

The Indian Samosa is the most famous from a family of filled pastries or dumplings which were popular from North Africa to West China. It generally consists of a fried or baked triangular shell with a savory filling, which may include spiced potatoes, onions, peas, coriander, and lentils, or ground lamb or chicken. The size and shape of a Samosa is mostly triangular. Samosa's are often served with chutney generally as an appetizer.
